Your role:
We are seeking to appoint to a vacant post within the exciting and challenging role of School Organisation and Admissions Assistant.
This is a varied post and requires the candidate to work across a broad area of work related to school admissions and school organisation.
Your role involves supporting the delivery of service objectives for school organisation, admissions and asset management.
You will mainly be responsible for processing school application forms which are being considered under the Fair Access Protocol and supporting with the processing of in-year application forms and school appeals.
You will support the School Organisation Officers to enable delivery of our statutory duties.
About you:
The ideal person for this role needs to be able to undertake a range of administrative task. You must have excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to manage your own workload while using your own initiative. A good knowledge and experience of using computer systems such as databases, spreadsheets, word-processing packages and emails is key to this role. The role at times is demanding so experience in working in an administrative role or school admissions is beneficial.
