Salary: Grade 8, £36,363 - £40,777 per annum.

37 hours per week

Your role:

As a Keyworker within the Complex Dependency Team, you will be supporting a caseload of adults that present with multiple complex disadvantages. You will work in a trauma informed and asset-based approach. In partnership with the individual, you will develop a personalised support plan and identify solutions to achieve positive outcomes. By building a trusted and positive relationship with the individual you will help them to navigate the appropriate services to meet their needs and encourage engagement with these services.

About you:

You will have significant experience of working with adults experiencing multiple complex disadvantages.

You must be a confident person with a positive attitude and have good communication skills; you will be able to create positive relationships with the people that we support. You will have experience of chairing professional multi agency meetings. You will have experience of developing support plans. You will need to be flexible in your approach to work. You must have experience of working closely with partner agencies and have a good understanding of their roles. You must have experience of working in crisis situations and be able to demonstrate positive de-escalation techniques. You will have a good understanding of Adult Safeguarding. You must be able to prioritise your workload and be able to utilise I.T systems to ensure good timely case note recording.
