Your role:
Lead one of the most important transformation programmes in local government. As Service Manager for Statutory Compliance & Cyclical Maintenance, you will shape the future of building safety across more than 22,000 homes, schools and corporate properties. You will drive strategic change, strengthen compliance, influence senior decision making, and build confidence with residents, regulators and stakeholders. About you:
You are a respected professional with significant experience in building safety, compliance, property, housing or construction. You combine expert knowledge of legislation, regulation and risk management with the ability to lead change in complex environments. A confident communicator, you can influence at senior levels, build strong partnerships and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results. Professionally qualified and committed to continuous development, you are driven by improving safety, solving complex challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes for communities.
