Your role:

Join us in shaping a thriving cultural future for Wigan. This exciting role will lead and deliver a dynamic arts development programme on behalf of Wigan Council, bringing creativity into communities across the borough through innovative, co-produced projects and activities.

About you:

We are looking for someone who is motivated, adaptable and enthusiastic, with a good understanding of the cultural sector. You will be comfortable working both as part of a busy team and independently, using your own initiative when needed.

You will have strong people skills and be able to build positive relationships based on trust. You will communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of people.

You will bring creative ideas to projects and have experience of setting clear, realistic goals that lead to successful outcomes. You will take responsibility for your work, be proactive in solving problems, and focus on finding practical solutions when challenges arise.

About us:

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a highly driven team, working closely with partners across the cultural sector ensuring that our communities have access to the highest quality cultural opportunities.
