Your role:
You will provide leadership across the Property Maintenance service, ensuring the effective coordination of activities that support highquality service delivery to residents.

The role involves the strategic development of systems and procedures and responsibility for gathering service intelligence to identify trends, barriers, and opportunities for improvement across teams, working with managers to develop and implement solutions that support operational effectiveness and service transformation.

Your role will focus on performance monitoring, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. You will lead initiatives that support with housing repair standards, optimize scheduling systems, and contribute to strategic plans.

About you:
We’re seeking a confident and experienced leader with a proven track record of supervising teams and managing resources effectively to meet service demands.

You’ll have strong experience and skills in data analysis, transformation projects and be highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects to achieve successful outcomes.

We are looking for someone who embraces innovation and technology to modernise services, and who leads with confidence, kindness, and resilienceable to celebrate success and handle challenging conversations when needed.
