Your role:
As Accessibility & Accreditation Coordinator at Leigh Sports Village (LSV), you will deliver a welcoming, professional and inclusive front-line service for matchdays and events. You will support accreditation processes for staff, media, contractors and authorised personnel, provide accurate information to visitors, and help ensure every guest receives outstanding customer care.
About you:
You’re a flexible, committed and proactive individual with great communication skills and empathy, ideally gained within a stadium, sports venue, or large public site. You’re confident working both independently and within a team and can respond quickly and calmly to live operational issues, particularly on matchdays and during events. You’ll need to be comfortable working outdoors and across all areas of a stadium complex, including early mornings, evenings and weekends. A practical approach, strong communication skills, and a working knowledge of Accessibility, SEND and accreditation, we will all support your success in this varied, high-profile environment
