21 and over - £12.71 per hour
18 20 - £10.85 per hour
Under 18 - £8.00 per hour
37 hours per week
Temporary for 18 months

Your role:
You’ll play a vital part in supporting your designated team by delivering a comprehensive administrative service. This will include working with internal and external customers face to face, over the phone, and via email, as well as inputting and extracting information across a range of data, management information and ICT systems.
Alongside your role, you’ll complete a Level 3 Business Administration or Data & Business Insights apprenticeship qualification, gaining valuable skills, hands-on experience and professional support to help your grow and succeed.
About you:
You’ll be eager to learn, develop and grow and committed to providing excellent customer care, have good communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and customers. You’ll work independently and manage your own time and deadlines whilst working as part of a team and work flexibly to meet service needs, within the core hours of 7am -7pm

You’ll receive support throughout the apprenticeship from your line manager and work colleagues. You’ll have the opportunity to network with other apprentices and support each other on your apprenticeship journey.
