Salary: Grade 3, £9,382 - £9,680 per annum. £12.85 - £13.26 per hour
14 hours per week

Your role:
As a Be Well Receptionist, you will work within the various leisure facilities across the Borough. You will act as the first point of contact for service users and will support customers with range of enquiries including bookings for swimming lessons and Gym session and promote the benefits of the Be Well membership packages.
You will provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective telephony, online and face to face customer advisory service by acting as the first point of contact to the leisure centre. You will use effective communication skills to actively engage and provide professional responses to resolve customer queries.
You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring that you always deliver a high level of professional customer service.
You will be expected to work a variety of shifts which will vary across Monday to Friday and weekends on a rota basis.
About you:
The ideal person is organised, reliable and customerfocused, with GCSEs (AC) in Maths, English and ICT or equivalent experience. They can work accurately, follow instructions and manage their own workload to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment. Experienced in customer service, they communicate clearly, work well both independently and as part of a team, and use initiative to solve problems. They are confident using computer systems, flexible to work across sites when required, and enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer care.
