This is an opportunity to be a visible role model within the service, leading by example with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong commitment to excellent customer service. You will bring a positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for making a difference to both your team and the communities we serve.

Our vision is working together to build the best future for all our communities and everyone in Trafford.

Trafford really is a great place to work. With a positive permission culture, we embrace innovation and encourage performance. We’re keen to recruit someone with the right values and behaviours that can help us ensure our workplace values are at the heart of everything we do.

This key role is integral to the successful delivery of frontline library and library services, helping to ensure an excellent experience for our customers and communities.

The position is varied, challenging and highly rewarding, offering the opportunity to develop and apply a wide range of skills. About You

You will be someone who reflects our values and behaviours in everything you do. You will be committed to continuous learning and improvement, always looking for better ways of working to achieve positive outcomes for customers and colleagues.

You will value and respect the contributions of others, working collaboratively to deliver excellent services. Taking ownership of your actions, you will strive to get things right first time, while learning from challenges and using those experiences to improve.

With a proactive and customer-focused approach, you will enjoy taking personal responsibility for resolving issues, adapting to change, and making a positive difference to the service and your team.
