About the Role

This role sits within the Education Support Team who provide high-quality business support to all Education services including the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Services, School Improvement, and the Education of Vulnerable Children team.

We are looking to welcome someone who has a dedicated and enthusiastic approach who will provide professional business support specifically processing the administrative tasks associated with the issuing of Child Employment, Child Entertainment, Chaperone License’s and Education Penalty Notices in accordance with the Local Authority and legislation regulations.

If you have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, are pro-active and efficient, with a good understanding of IT systems, then this could be the role for you.

You would be working in a fast-paced but friendly environment. You will be a team player with a flexible and approachable manner, practicing an empathetic and patient approach.

This is a hybrid role, and following your initial induction period, your time will be divided between the office.

You will keep up to date with the relevant regulations, policy and legislation including those relating to confidentiality and GDPR.
