About the Role

The team is employed by Trafford Council. STAR Procurement/Trafford Council recognise the benefits of working from home, however there are also benefits of spending some time alongside colleagues in an office environment and so we offer a ‘Smart Working’ approach which includes Hybrid working. The office is based at Waterside House in Sale.

This role offers exceptional exposure and experience across six councils, providing the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, communities, and service areas.

We are passionate about using our expertise to improve processes and procedures as well as delivering on savings and compliance through our strategic procurement approach. STAR are a very ambitious organisation and we are continually expanding and so this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing dynamic team.
