About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity within our team to build on our success and bring in new skills, experience and ideas.
As Senior Cleaning Area Manager, you will provide clear and supportive leadership to front line staff, guiding and developing staff to deliver a high quality cleaning service.
You will develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting services, and ensuring the effective daytoday operation of cleaning and school crossing patrol services.
About You

You will take ownership of your work, strive to get things right first time, and learn from experience to make meaningful improvements. You will enjoy taking responsibility for resolving issues and adapting how you work to make a positive difference.
You will also have proven experience of leading, managing and developing front line staff, supported by strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive working relationships with customers, the public, external suppliers, and colleagues. Able to support teamwork and work collaboratively across services.
Additional Information
- An enhanced DBS Check will be required.
- You will be required to drive in this role. You will be asked for a copy of your driving license as part of the recruitment process.
- You will be required to work outside core hours as we deliver services from 7:00am until 6:30pm.
- Occasional evening and weekend work will be required.
