About the Role
We currently have an exciting vacancy for a qualified Early Years Educator (Level 3) to join us at Partington Day Nursery. The role will involve supporting the quality of early education and care for children and families accessing the nursery by providing high quality learning opportunities combined with care.
It involves working with children and their families from an increasingly diverse community to ensure all needs are met in a warm and welcoming environment. You will be part of an experienced, professional team, working with other professionals from outside the nursery and keeping records up to date.
You will be a key person for a group of children to enable them to reach their potential through positive relationships, experiences and opportunities.
About You
You will have experience of working in an early years setting.
You must hold a minimum level 3 relevant early years qualification in childcare.
You will have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and Early Years Inspection framework and be able to put the principles into practice.
You will have knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice that is applied in your work with children and families.
You will be able to form positive relationships with children and families.
You will be committed to ongoing professional development to ensure that the needs of children and families are met in an ever-evolving high quality setting.
You will be a team player who values and respects the contributions of others.
You will be a good communicator and passionate about working with children.
