Support Officer (Leasehold Team)

We are recruiting for a Support Officer to join our Leasehold Team on a 6 months secondment.

In this role, you will:

  • Distributing incoming correspondence
  • Setting up and maintaining file management systems
  • Storing and retrieving documents and archiving
  • Registering applications (e.g Alterations applications, Right to Buy, etc.)
  • Responding to telephone enquiries
  • Handling a range of internal and external enquiries in a polite and professional manner

 

About You
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Ability to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines
  • Administrative skills and experience of working in a customer-facing role
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse community.
  • Knowledge and understanding of diverse needs of residents and staff
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel -intermediate
