Spa Receptionist (Part Time, 16 Hours per Week)
We are recruiting for a Spa Receptionist to join Be Well The Spa at York Hall Leisure Centre on a part-time basis (16 hours per week).
If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, creating exceptional guest experiences, and working in a busy spa environment, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will:
- Welcome guests and provide a professional and friendly first point of contact.
- Manage treatment bookings, enquiries, payments, and retail sales.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Spa reception area.
- Work closely with therapists and management to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
About You
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, leisure, hotel, or customer service environment.
- A high level of customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
- Confidence using booking systems, handling payments, and managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
