 Housing and Homelessness – Income Reconciliation Officer (Former Tenants Arrears)
 

About the role  

Our Housing Options Service are looking to recruit a highly motivated person who is committed to the very highest standard of customer care to join our small Income Recovery and Debit Control Team. 

As a member of the Income Recovery and Debit Control Team your responsibilities will include:-

  • Informing Former Tenants of their debt
  • Referring cases over to Debt Collection Agencies
  • Preparing cases for legal proceedings
  • Meet various performance targets
  • Providing welfare benefits advice and debt counselling
  • Navigating and updating NEC I.T system

This position is a 12 month fixed term contract.
