Housing and Homelessness – Income Reconciliation Officer (Former Tenants Arrears)

About the role

Our Housing Options Service are looking to recruit a highly motivated person who is committed to the very highest standard of customer care to join our small Income Recovery and Debit Control Team.

As a member of the Income Recovery and Debit Control Team your responsibilities will include:-

Informing Former Tenants of their debt
Referring cases over to Debt Collection Agencies
Preparing cases for legal proceedings
Meet various performance targets
Providing welfare benefits advice and debt counselling
Navigating and updating NEC I.T system

This position is a 12 month fixed term contract.
