  • Track, monitor and report on young people's ETE participation, progress and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate case records and performance data using Excel and case management systems.

  • Has a good understanding of the barriers young people can face in education, training and employment.
  • Has a sound understanding of post-16 and post-18 education, training and employment pathways, including further and higher education, apprenticeships, vocational training, student finance, bursaries and other funding opportunities available to young people.
  • Has experience of working collaboratively with a range of professionals and partner agencies.
  • Can build positive relationships, engage and motivate young people, raising aspirations and supporting them to achieve their goals.
  • Is creative, proactive and able to identify practical solutions to overcome barriers.
  • Can work independently, manage competing priorities and use their initiative effectively.
  • Has strong organisational, administrative and record-keeping skills, with experience of monitoring outcomes and working confidently with data.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Why Join Us?
