We are looking for a Financial Wellbeing Advisor who is organised and committed to delivering great customer service. Thanet District Council recruiting to the Financial Wellbeing Team within Tenant and Leaseholder Service. This role runs across 3200 households looking to maximise income and support families and individuals in financial stress.

We are looking for someone that is motivated, conscientious and compassionate to support families, and the Rent Team, with sustaining tenancies by lowering the risk of eviction due to rent arrears. Experience of working in a financial inclusion or support based background is desired, however, if you can demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to deliver great customer service, are passionate about service improvement and have an eye for detail then we want to hear from you.
