Thanet District Council is currently recruiting for Refuse Loaders to join its Recycling and Waste department. As a key member of the team you will be responsible for collecting refuse, recyclables and green waste throughout Thanet – providing an important and highly visible service to residents on behalf of the council. This is an excellent opportunity for a hard working individual to join one of the council’s key service areas. Essential Requirements:
The role will require a high level of fitness as all your time will be spent collecting and returning residents bins to and from their property.

Be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service.

All posts include generous annual leave, a 37 hour week, as well as access to the local government pension scheme.
