Tenant and Leaseholder services are managed inhouse. We own over 3,000 homes, have an active development programme and investment plans of over £24m in our housing stock over the coming 5 years.

We aspire to be a high quality landlord, providing safe, secure and well maintained homes to our tenants and leaseholders.We have an exciting service improvement plan that requires further development using insight from tenants, leaseholders and front line staff. This is a great opportunity for staff to feed into, and be part of developing the service, driving forward your own improvements and to be part of something bigger.

We are looking for someone that is a passionate, collaborative, innovative and organised individual to join as our Housing/ Responsive repairs Coordinators . As a Coordinator, you do not necessarily need to have experience in housing/ repairs and maintenance, but if you can demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to deliver great customer service, are passionate about service improvement and have an eye for detail then we want to hear from you.
