Job description
We are seeking to recruit to a permanent post within our Tenancy Management Team. The duties will include the case management and investigation of reported nuisance and anti-social behaviour, alongside the inspection of Council owned property (land/assets/premises) in respect of estate management or other associated housing duties including the provision of garages, reporting and initiating repairs, maintenance, cleansing or other works as necessary.
Ideally we are looking for applicants with a property management or enforcement background however training will be given. It is essential that the post holder has a full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle or can independently travel to all parts of the district on a daily basis.
