Customer Support Assistant

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Contact team, dealing with a broad range of face to face, telephone and online enquiries from the public. 

We want to provide an excellent service for our customers and the ideal candidate will have great people and communication skills and be proactive in helping solve customer’s queries.

You will need to be well organised, with the ability to prioritise your workload and remain calm under pressure at all times.

Previous customer service experience is also required.
