Tendring District Council is looking for a confident leader with senior‑level programme or project management experience, excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, and the ability to deliver high‑quality outcomes in a complex, fast‑moving environment.  

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role, with partners, in shaping the future of vital local government services to the residents of North East Essex.

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and co-ordinate our part of Local Government Reorganisation under the UK Government’s Priority Programme. You will oversee all workstreams, ensure strong governance and risk management, provide clear advice to senior leaders, and work with partners to support a smooth transition to new local government structures.
