We are looking for a dynamic, compassionate Wellbeing Advisor to join our forward-thinking mental health service. The Role

As a Wellbeing Advisor, you will work directly with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, offering practical and emotional support to enhance their wellbeing and independence.

You will:

  • Provide person-centred wellbeing support, empowering individuals to achieve their goals
  • Help people navigate services, community resources, and support networks
  • Deliver early intervention and preventative support to reduce crisis escalation
  • Work collaboratively with mental health professionals, social care, and voluntary sector partners
  • Support individuals to build confidence, resilience, and coping strategies

About You

We want someone who brings energy, empathy, and a genuine commitment to improving mental health outcomes.

You will have:

  • Experience working in mental health, wellbeing, or social care (paid or voluntary)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • A passion for early help, prevention, and person-centred support
