We are looking for a Senior Residential Childcare Worker as part of a team providing 24-hour care within Children’s Residential Services. You will be working in a Children’s Home caring for young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
Full time position, hours of work include day shifts (including sleep in duties), weekend working, UK bank holidays as part of a flexible working rota and on occasion waking night shifts.

Whilst qualification to NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People is an advantage, we accept and encourage applications from candidates who do not hold this qualification.
We will support you to complete the qualification on starting in the role. The qualification will equip you with knowledge and skills to help you succeed in this role and must be completed within 2 years.
