The Role

Investment is underway through substantial major regeneration and capital projects across the borough. Bringing significant affordable housing development, substantial infrastructure investment to improve our connectivity across the region and beyond, alongside the revitalisation and re-imagination of our town centres.

Reporting to the Senior Regeneration Manager you will be responsible for driving forward economic growth, housing growth and town centre regeneration projects and programmes within the Development and Major Programmes team.

About You

You will be educated to degree level.

You will have experience of project management in property development and/or town centre regeneration in a range of multi- agency and partnership settings to deliver investment and development projects.

You will be able to work at pace with enthusiasm.
