Our objective is to deliver the best outcomes for children and young people.Reporting to the Team Manager, you will work within the frameworks of Early Help, Section 17 and Section 47 - processing contacts received into the team on a daily basis, concluding relevant outcomes as to any onward plan. Your role will include liaising with multi agencies and engage at times in multi agency forums.Compliance is key to our statutory requirements and as a Social worker you will deliver all aspects of work in accordance with safeguarding policy, procedure, and standards, ensuring that the children are at the heart of your decision making.Our ideal candidateThe successful candidates will be enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a caring and calm approach who have a thorough understanding of the frameworks that underpin social work practice.
