The Senior EHCP Coordinator will play a critical role in overseeing and reviewing placements of children and young people in settings other than maintained special schools. The role will focus on ensuring value for money, improving the quality of EHCPs, and improving outcomes for children and young people by rigorously assessing the necessity, appropriateness, and efficiency of placements. This is a 24-month contract opportunity open to current EHCP Coordinators and external professionals.

You will visit settings and providers, attend annual reviews, and work in partnership with colleagues across social care, health, and education.
