About the Role and our Ideal Candidate Key Responsibilities:- Effective leadership and management of the team, delivering the required outputs for SHP and residents.- Delivery and compliance with all applicable asset management legislative and regulatory obligations.- Overseeing the development of intelligent Major Works programmes utilising accurate, reliable data, systems and reporting. - Overseeing effective procurement operations, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, regulation and the delivery of value for money works’ programmes.- Overseeing the effective management of contractors, ensuring major works are delivered to the appropriate quality standard, valued and paid for in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions.- Leading on the development and implementation of effective resident engagement and involvement activity supporting the delivery of an excellent customer experience for residents.- Leading and supporting the delivery of service improvement projects delivering the required outputs for SHP and residents. - Accurate and effective budget planning, management and forecasting.- Effective collaborative working with other Senior Leadership Team colleagues and teams delivering the required outputs for SHP and residents.
