This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity.
We are seeking a proactive and organised Employee Relations Support Officer to join our Employee Relations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for employee relations and people management to provide high-quality administrative and casework support across a range of employee relations matters.

About the Role
Working closely with People Consultants, managers and employees, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a fair, consistent and legally compliant employee relations service. You will provide administrative and coordination support across a range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence and performance management cases, ensuring that processes are managed efficiently and professionally.
In this role, you will prepare and maintain accurate case records, correspondence, reports and meeting documentation, while coordinating formal and informal meetings, hearings and investigations. You will support managers in the application of HR policies and procedures, helping to ensure a consistent approach to employee relations issues across the organisation.
You will also assist with monitoring employee relations caseloads and key performance indicators, producing management information and reports to support informed decision-making. Maintaining confidentiality at all times, you will ensure compliance with data protection requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR and employee relations processes and practices.
Providing excellent customer service will be central to your success, as you work collaboratively with employees, managers, trade union representatives and other stakeholders to deliver a responsive and effective employee relations service.

The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
