Family Centre and Family Resilience Manager

The starting salary for this role is £44,075 per annum based on a 35 hour working week. About the Organisation Welcare is a child and family support charity working across south London and East Surrey. We operate the Family Centre and Family Resilience service from our centre in Redhill as a sub-contractor of YMCA East Surrey. About the Role Welcare is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced manager committed to supporting local families to lead and manage their Family Centre and Family Resilience service in Redhill. The Family Centre is part of a local integrated system with a wide range of partners that builds family resilience in Surrey and seeks to improve life chances for the most vulnerable children. You would manage a small, dedicated team of family support workers and have lead responsibility for supervising their work and ensuring delivery of our sub-contract with the YMCA. Additional Information Post attracts 6 weeks annual leave and two additional public holidays each year (Christmas Eve and Maundy Thursday).
