This permanent role has a starting salary of £28,546 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week.
A great opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join the Financial Assessment and Income Collection Team. This position is office-based currently located in Woking.

About the Role
The team is the first point of contact for information for Surrey Residents on how the council charges for care and support services. The position sits within the Adults, Wellbeing and Partnerships Directorate and is a critical front door to the service and the customer journey.
As an Administrative Assistant you will:
Provide general administrative support to a dispersed Adult Social Care team, including travel where required
Manage data entry and maintain records using Excel, databases, and scanning systems
Handle telephone enquiries and written correspondence with strong communication skills
Work flexibly, staying organised and meeting deadlines in a busy environment
Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain professional standards
Work collaboratively within a team while using initiative in line with procedures
