The starting salary for this role is £15,829 per annum (pro rata to £31,659 FTE), working 36 hours per week.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Tracking Support Officer to join our Post-16 Tracking Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that young people aged 16-18 (and up to 25 with an EHCP) are supported to remain in education, employment or training, in line with statutory duties.

About the Role
You will maintain accurate records of young people's education, employment and training status by gathering and updating information from a range of sources, including direct contact with young people and partner organisations. This role involved liaising with schools, training providers and wider services to verify participation, responding to enquiries, and producing reports to support service delivery. Alongside this, you will contribute to general administrative processes ensuring data is handled efficiently, consistently and in line with service requirements.
You will play a key role in ensuring vulnerable young people are identified, supported and connected to opportunities, making a tangible difference to their life chances and futures outcomes.
You will also be required to guide or support colleagues where needed.

Experience of working with data and maintaining accurate records, with good attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Good communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Confidence in using IT systems and databases to support service delivery.
Ability to work independently within established processes, using initiative and sound.
