This opportunity is a 6 month secondment.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Coordinator to provide essential administrative, data and coordination support to the DPS Project Team.

About the Role
Working within a busy team of around 15 staff, you will play a central role in maintaining accurate tracking systems, monitoring deadlines, supporting LAS updates, and ensuring effective communication with families and internal stakeholders. This post is critical to ensuring timely case progression, high‑quality data management, and smooth delivery of the DPS project.
The Business Support Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and updating the DPS tracking systems, ensuring data is accurate and up to date, and producing regular performance reports. The role will involve monitoring deadlines, proactively following up overdue actions, and escalating delays where required to keep the project on track. You will extract and analyse data from the DPS tracker twice monthly, upload and maintain accurate records on LAS, and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards. The post also includes coordinating communication with families via secure email, supporting visit arrangements, and acting as the central administrative contact for the DPS Project Team, ensuring smooth coordination across staff and stakeholders.

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Confident using Excel, trackers and reporting tools
Experience with case management systems, such as LAS
Strong problem‑solving skills and sound judgement with an ability to work independently and proactively follow up actions
Experience coordinating across teams and managing stakeholder with clear, professional communication skills.
