This is a secondment opportunity until March 31st 2027. We are excited to be recruiting a Recruitment Administrator to join the Recruitment team, based at Woodhatch Place in Reigate. We offer a hybrid working model with a minimum of two office days per week. This role supports the delivery of an efficient and customer‑focused recruitment administration and onboarding service, helping appointed candidates move smoothly from offer through to starting work. You’ll create offer documentation, coordinate pre‑employment checks and ensure candidates are set up accurately and promptly on payroll. Acting as a first point of contact, you’ll respond to queries from candidates and hiring managers via phone and email, keeping systems and stakeholders up to date throughout the process. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining service quality by collating data, producing standard reports and contributing evidence‑based suggestions to improve processes and prioritise team resources. You’ll work closely with colleagues and managers, escalating risks or concerns appropriately and supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the recruitment administration service.
