This role has a starting salary of £42,958 per annum based on a 36 hours week. This is a FTC/ Secondment until 31/03/2028.

Holiday Activity Programme Manager
.
We support hybrid working with the right balance. We come together in person for 2 days per week on average (40% of the working week) and support working from home the rest of the time.

About The Role
The role will oversee the delivery of a comprehensive Holiday Activities with Food programme across Surrey - planning delivery of and procuring meaningful holiday activity provision, including physical and other cultural activity, as well as a food element for children eligible for Free School Meal provision during main school holiday periods (Easter, Summer, Christmas).
The role will have day-to-day operational management of the existing HAF programme in Surrey including: team management and staff task deployment; day-to-day budget monitoring; KPI reporting; steering group liaison; and line management of project officers.
Delivering a successful HAF programme is a fundamental part of the Active Surrey team’s strategic objectives – helping to tackle inactivity and inequalities in Surrey.

Experience of managing large-scale, complex, multi-dimensional programmes/projects
Experience of successful partnership working, particularly with voluntary and private sector organisations.
Good knowledge of current best practice relating to holiday activity provision.
