to join our fantastic Digital Development team, based at Woodhatch Place in Reigate.
This role is open to
hybrid working
and as a team we split our time between collaborating with colleagues in the office and working from home.

About The Role
The Digital Development Team are looking for a Knowledge & Content Management Specialist to maintain, drive and support the SharePoint and Goss platforms at Surrey County Council. This friendly and supportive team has a diverse skillset, covering development and integrations, creating large applications in various technologies as well as continual support and change requests. You would be part of a team focussing on SharePoint and Web Forms.
This varied role will include:
Setting up SharePoint sites, responding to support calls including managing access and change requests, and offering consultancy to customers
Using tools such as Nintex forms and Workflow, and Power Automate, to extend SharePoint functionality
Creating and supporting web forms using the GOSS platform
Collaborating with customers, colleagues and suppliers, and representing the Digital Development team in project and other meetings
Line management and mentoring
It’s an exciting time to join the team as we prepare for the upcoming Local Government Reorganisation (LGR), and there will be ample opportunity to contribute and shape how our platforms will be used by the new unitary authorities to serve the people of Surrey in the future.
Your Application

Proven experience with SharePoint Online administration and development
Excellent skills in Nintex Forms and Workflow, and Power Automate
Strong experience of GOSS web form/booking system development and platform, or another web form platform, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, ready to learn new technologies and platforms
Experience of line management and mentoring
