Your Role

We are looking for a Senior Adviser for Inclusion to join our experienced team, to provide additional support and guidance to our SENCOs in primary and nursery schools across Stockport.

About You

Candidates should have qualified teacher status (QTS), hold the mandatory SENCO qualification and have a proven track record of working successfully as a SENCO in a mainstream school. The successful candidate will support and guide the work of our SENCOs as they continue to develop the inclusive offers within our mainstream schools. You will work closely with your secondary counterpart within the service. You will also use your expertise to support wider systems and services within the LA to help Stockport fulfill the ambition that all children and young people experience high quality educational provision that meets their needs.
