Your Role
You will provide a high quality systems support to the Reach Service areas.
Key activities include:
- Responding to IT tickets to support user issues on a variety of ASC systems including PASS and Office 365.
- System configuration and process improvements to support the service’s requirements
- Completing a range of systems administration tasks such as adding and deleting users, assigning access rights and dealing with user errors or issues.
- Raising of support tickets with the suppliers when issues cannot be resolved within the team
- Manual testing of system upgrades to ensure the system is up to date and secure
- Provide “hands on” support or training to the Reach Service staff to ensure they are using the system as effectively as possible
- Raising of recurring issues to see if problem can be mitigated in a different way.
- Data input into system to support the service where appropriate
- Data Analytics to support strategic decision making
- Training on systems for all users whilst providing effective training materials to support and maintain user competencies.
- Creation and development of interactive service dashboards utilising service data sources
- Support, develop and implement automation to support service flow and processes to improve efficiencies
About You
We are looking for a strong team player who has a desire to help others. You will have experience of supporting the delivery of a high quality service to customers or users. You will have good skills in IT applications and be an active problem solver.
