Our Regulatory Applications Service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Applications Analyst to join our amazing team and help make a difference today!
About the Role:
As an Applications Analyst, you will support and enhance key regulatory systems, ensuring they are reliable, efficient, and fit for purpose. You’ll collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement continuous improvements. The role also includes maintaining system documentation, sharing knowledge across the team, and providing cross-coverage to ensure service continuity. You will work with data, using SQL to analyse, manipulate, and report on system information.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, and passionate about delivering excellent service. You should bring:
- Strong experience supporting and managing corporate applications
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience working with data, including writing and using SQL queries
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support and cover for colleagues
- Experience with Regulatory Services IT applications such as Civica APP and CX
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A commitment to continuous improvement and service enhancement
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in IT, systems support, or a related field

- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Hours of work, 36 hours per week Monday - Friday
- This post will be offered as a fixed term contract/ secondment for 1 year.
