The Data, Performance and Insight team, within Strategy, Insight and Performance, provides analysis and performance reporting that informs strategic planning and service improvement across the council.

We are looking for a Data & Insight Analyst to support analytical work across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role you will:

• Analyse data to support service improvement and policy development.

• Produce reports, dashboards and visualisations that communicate key insights.

• Support the development of the council’s data infrastructure and analytical tools.

• Work with services to understand analytical requirements.

• Contribute to corporate reporting and insight products.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience analysing and interpreting data.

• Familiarity with analytical tools and data visualisation.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• The ability to communicate findings clearly.

• An interest in using data to improve public services.
