Senior Provider Service Worker

Are you highly motivated and enthusiastic? Keen to join a friendly and professional team? We are recruiting to the post of Senior Provider Service Worker to offer direct support to people with a Learning Disability that may also have complex and challenging needs. This role can be very hands on as well as being an organisational and leadership role. You may be required to work city wide across the service and be flexible regarding rota’s. Weekend work and Bank Holidays will be required and form part of the rota.

Working within the Learning Disabilities Team you will be familiar with IT and Microsoft Teams, have excellent communications skills, the ability to work as part of a team, the commitment to undertake any training required and believe in Sheffield City Councils Values, People are at the heart of what we do, Openness and Honesty are important to us, Together we get things done.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
