  • Work collaboratively with managers, services and partners to deliver programme objectives and outcomes.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Support implementation of new service models, policies, procedures and ways of working.
  • Analyse information, performance data and evidence to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with organisational priorities, timescales and governance requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has significant experience managing complex projects or programmes within a large organisation.
  • Can build strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Has excellent project planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Can manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is confident analysing information, managing risks and delivering outcomes.
  • Has experience of leading change and supporting service improvement.
  • Can communicate complex information clearly and effectively to different audiences.

A recognised project management qualification, or willingness to work towards one, would be advantageous.
