We are seeking to appoint several caretakers within the Older Persons Independent Living Service. This is an exciting opportunity to join us and be part of the team supporting older residents across Sheffield.

We are looking for a practical, hands-on person in delivering clean, safe and well-maintained spaces within our schemes.

This is a varied and active role with duties including but not limited to: checks & cleaning of the building and outside areas, security and Health & Safety of the building and repairs reporting.

We’re seeking someone who is reliable, physically capable, and takes pride in their work. A positive attitude, ability to work independently, and strong organisational skills are essential.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
