This post is be based in the Housing Service’s Tenancy Enforcement & Sustainment Team (TEST).

The role is to provide operational support across all functions of the Tenancy Enforcement & Sustainment Team. Whilst duties may be required across the full range of activities, there is likely to be a particular emphasis on supporting the team's safeguarding responsibilities.

Candidates should note that, as part of the role, they will be exposed to information about domestic abuse, safeguarding and criminality.

  • You will support the team in ensuring that Housing systems remain up to date and contain accurate information.
  • You will manage inboxes, process and respond to referrals and utilise various systems to accurately record and extract data.
  • You will extract data from systems and prepare / present this for use by other officers
  • You will assist in the organisation and delivery of training.
  • You will also need excellent IT skills, and have the ability to able to keep accurate records, you must possess sound written and verbal skills and be self-motivated and resourceful

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
