Community Youth Services is made up of a number of youth engagement services that seek to support young people where they are at. We are community based enabling youth provisions to be directly delivered in communities. Youth voice is at our core ensuring we deliver services to young people that are relevant to their needs.

We deliver safe, ambitious, creative and high energy youth work to young people. We utilise a variety of engagement methods to affect change and add social value to the personal and social growth and development of young people. Making use of social community infrastructure to serve in the best interest of young people, promoting contextual safety and alertness and to ensure active promotion of these spaces and establish trusted adults.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
