Help us give every child the best start in life

Salford is ambitious about improving outcomes for children and families and ensuring that every child has the best possible start in life. As we continue to develop our Best Start Family Hubs offer, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Best Start Family Hubs Coordinator to join us and play a key role in shaping and delivering this important agenda.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years, early intervention, family support, partnership working and improving outcomes for children aged 05 and their families.

As a Best Start Family Hubs Coordinator, you will provide leadership across two localities, supporting the implementation and embedding of the Best Start Family Hubs agenda across Salford. You will work across Family Hubs, network sites and community settings, ensuring that families can access a coordinated, inclusive and responsive offer close to where they live.

Why join us?

Salford is developing an ambitious and integrated Best Start Family Hubs model, bringing together services, professionals, communities and families to create a stronger local system of support.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of that development at an important stage, helping to shape how Family Hubs operate across our communities and ensuring that the model delivers meaningful improvements for children and families.

If you are an experienced leader who is passionate about prevention, partnership working and giving children the best possible start in life, we would love to hear from you.
