Fixed-Term (12 months) Adult Social Care & Health Partnerships HR Team

You’ll work closely with a dedicated HR Business Partner, becoming a trusted expert in the Adults Social Care & Health Partnerships team.
You’ll empower managers and colleagues with inclusive, people-first advice that helps them thrive.
You’ll collaborate across the wider HR team to deliver impactful solutions that support Salford’s residents.
You’ll champion continuous improvement and equip leaders with the tools to lead the Salford Way.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a background in HR casework
Thrives in a varied role and enjoys helping Managers shape and deliver their people plans.
Communicates with confidence and builds strong, influential relationships.
Brings empathy, integrity, and a commitment to inclusion and innovation.
Has solid employment law knowledge and can manage complex ER cases with care and clarity.
