About the role

  • Delivering professional, reliable, and efficient administrative support to customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Processing and validating planning and building control applications with accuracy and care.
  • Supporting the administration of planning appeals.
  • Managing your own workload and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Contributing to continuous service improvement and high performance standards.

About You

  • Strong communication and ICT skills.
  • A proactive approach and a commitment to customer care.
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Experience working in a busy, team-based environment can be beneficial, but it’s not essential. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your commitment to the role, and your ability to work collaboratively.
