About the role

We are seeking a motivated Project Officer, with experience of working within Adult Social Care, to support the delivery of highimpact improvement and transformation across services. You will play a key role in coordinating projects, supporting delivery plans, and ensuring initiatives are progressed effectively to improve outcomes for residents and carers.

Working closely with partners, practitioners and stakeholders, you will contribute to driving change that supports sustainable, personcentred services and CQC readiness. The role involves project coordination, monitoring risks and performance, maintaining accurate records, and using data and insight to track impact. You will support the sharing of best practice and help deliver measurable improvements in service quality, workforce capability and user experience.

About you

You will have experience supporting service improvement or transformation work, within Adult Social Care or a related environment. You will be highly organised, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and maintain accurate project documentation.

You will be confident working with a range of stakeholders and able to communicate clearly to support engagement and delivery. Strong analytical and organisational skills are essential, with the ability to use data and information to monitor progress and support informed decisionmaking.

You will be proactive, adaptable and resilient, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement. A collaborative approach and a passion for personcentred care are essential, alongside the ability to manage competing priorities and support delivery at pace.


Please be aware that this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and that you will be required to meet the cost of the DBS check currently £49.50. The payment for this will be deducted from your first four months’ salary payments at a rate of £12.38 per month. If you do not commence employment for any reason but the DBS has been processed, you will be sent an invoice for the payment of £49.50.
